Made in Anim8tor and Gimp
Cloud cities on a Jovian Gas Giant, somewhere in Orion's Arm. They are supported by hot hydrogen, the only lifting gas that works there
1/ The cities are dirigible in design, that is, capable of active flight
2/ There is some heat given off by the hot hydrogen lifting cells, as can be
seen by the faint vapour trail above the city
3/ the power generation system is located at the end of a long pendant,
providing some protection against stray radiation (although I'd expect the
design to minimise such radiation as far as possible)
4/ The cloud cities have fast airplane shuttles which fly between them on a
regular basis (these gas giants are *big* - no place for slow airplanes)
5/ These cities are floating/flying among the water clouds and above the
yellowish layer of ammonia clouds below (you can see a gap in the lower cloud
deck, leading to even greater depths)

Awesome idea, however one small point - accidental collisions, pressure changes, ruptures in the balloon surface, etc could cause catastrophic leaks.
Also, what happened to Zeppellin (IIRC) - a fire broke out.
So I'd say, that for safety, there has to be a redundancy mechanism in the balloon / floater / lift-generator component.
That would mean a cluster of balloons rather than a single one. And wrapped in flame retardant material, also with some distance between the individual balloons of a cluster.
Maybe a ring and balloons from its 60 deg points on the circumference - which is a ring road, a highway for traffic - and the ring also has diametric roads for path redundancy again.
Or a hexagon / octagon / decagon.
